By accessing and/or purchasing from this site (or via external means, e.g. email, face-to-face, phone, etc.), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
All artwork and designs created by Laura Munro (Cartamodello Papeterie) are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. It is an offense to steal or reproduce in whole or part any of the designs, layout, copy or photography created by Cartamodello Papeterie. This includes:
- Custom design work
- Collection design work
- Logos and motifs (custom or otherwise)
- All images contained on the website (http://www.cartamodello.com.au)
Modification of stationery for all other uses, commercial and/or personal, is prohibited. Cartamodello Papeterie retains copyright and ownership of all designs (collection, custom and/or personalised).
In the case of Cartamodello Papeterie developing a personal graphic (e.g. a wedding logo or monogram) for use on wedding stationery, the client understands that a usage licence must be purchased to use this personal graphic on other items not created and sold by Cartamodello Papeterie. Consider the following scenario:
A couple commissions Cartamodello Papeterie to develop a custom monogram for use on their wedding stationery. The same couple purchases wedding invitations, RSVP cards, and thank you cards from Cartamodello Papeterie, all of which feature their custom monogram. This couple decides that they would like to create and print their own programs, and use the custom monogram in their own design. The couple must purchase the rights (from Cartamodello Papeterie) to use this logo on their program design, and must not try to extract or copy this custom monogram themselves, as the copyright to this artwork is retained by Cartamodello Papeterie.

Cartamodello Papeterie reserves the right to use all designs and artwork (including custom work) for promotional purposes, samples, and future product listings. By completing a purchase through Cartamodello Papeterie (via the online shop or other agreement), you give consent for us to use your stationery and designs as samples for other customers, to feature photographs or images of your stationery on our site and through social media, and/or your physical stationery at trade expos/events. We are also frequently approached to provide samples and photographs to the media, including blogs, magazines, and other affiliates. If time and circumstance permits, we will endeavour to inform you when your stationery is used (as a courtesy to you); however, please note that by proceeding with your Cartamodello Papeterie order you are giving us permission to sample and photograph any pieces of your order as outlined above.
We reserve the right to add custom designs to our ready-to-order collection; however, we will ensure that a custom design’s addition to the ready-to-order collection will be delayed until after the date of the wedding for which it was originally designed.
Full payment is required for all personalised and/or customised (collection) items ordered online at the time of purchase, and no work will commence until payment has been received.
In the case of completely custom/bespoke orders, and other orders arranged outside of the online shop, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to no less than 50% of the total order amount will be required before work commences. We may request full upfront payment at our discretion. Full payment of the remaining balance and any outstanding amount is required before your order is progressed to the printing stage.
All Cartamodello Papeterie products as custom-made to order and cannot be resold. Once your order has been placed and paid for, and we have commenced our work, full refunds cannot be offered.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and the design process has not commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus a $40 cancellation fee.
- If you wish to cancel after 24 hours of placing your order, and/or once design work has commenced (but prior to printing), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the amount of time already invested in the order.
- No refund can be given for custom orders once design work has commenced. Your 50% deposit will be retained by Cartamodello Papeterie.
Due to the nature of the personalised stationery products, refunds cannot be made if the order has been sent to print.
In the case of client error (e.g. a typo not picked up in proofing) resulting in a reprint of an order, refunds will not be offered. We will make the changes as requested, then reprint the order at the original cost. Repayment, including re-shipping fees and any applicable rush fees, must be made to Cartamodello Papeterie before any items are sent to print again. Client errors include, but are not limited to: typos, spelling or wording errors, layout adjustment requested by the customer, colour variances and slight inconsistencies as a result of four-colour (CMYK) digital printing and different print stocks/mediums.
If by Cartamodello Papeterie's error, the print work includes an error/omission NOT represented in the final signed off proof (i.e. something is accidentally altered by Cartamodello Papeterie AFTER the final proof is approved), please contact us within three business days of receiving your order, and return the entire order to us (securely packed) within seven business days of receiving your order. Cartamodello Papeterie will then re-print the order to match the signed off proof, and deliver your reprinted order to you at no extra charge. No refunds will be issued. Your returned order must be received by us in its entirety, and in its original condition, before we will re-print and send your replacement order.
We go to great lengths to ensure your order is packaged safely and securely to avoid damage en route to you. In the unlikely case of your order being damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately and send through photos of the damaged package (prior to opening) and the damaged contents within. We will then work with you to come to a solution.
To ensure you're 100% comfortable with our finished products (which we know you will be!), we strongly advise that you purchase a sample pack prior to purchase. The sample pack will give you a hands-on experience with our products prior to placing your order, so you can see the quality of our work and products up close.
Proofs and proof approval
An approximate guide to turnaround times is available here: http://www.cartamodello.com.au/turnaround-time. Turnaround times are subject to change at any time for reasons outside of our control, but we will endeavour to communicate any change in turnaround time to you (and on our site) as soon as possible.
Once your order has been received, along with all requested and required details, you will receive a soft (digital) proof to check over for errors. It is your responsibility to check this proof for any errors or omissions, including but not limited to spelling errors/typos, incorrect dates, addresses, layout etc. You can either request changes to be made, or send back proof approval (via email or our project management interface) requesting printing to commence. The electronic proof approval represents confirmation by the customer that all the text, content, artwork and layout is correct. Cartamodello Papeterie will not be held liable or responsible for any printing or order errors/omissions that were approved by the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
Cartamodello Papeterie reserves the right to make very small, discrete design updates and corrections after a first test print to enhance the final printed product. These changes include (but are not limited to): font size alterations, margin adjustments, colour adjustments, photo enhancements, and layout correction. Cartamodello Papeterie is not required to seek approval before making these corrections. These corrections and adjustments, designed to enhance the quality of the final printed product, may be made after the final proof is approved by the customer, but unless they result in a significantly different design, can not be viewed as an error (see below).
If by Cartamodello Papeterie's error, the print work includes an error/omission NOT represented in the final signed off proof (i.e. something is accidentally altered by Cartamodello Papeterie AFTER the final proof is approved), Cartamodello Papeterie will re-print the order to match the signed off proof at no extra charge. No refunds will be issued.
Colours and printing
Due to the nature of digital printing, we cannot guarantee that colours will be 100% consistent within one print run, between separate print runs, or on different print mediums. Slight colour variations may occur between items. This is a near unavoidable consequence of the printing method and cannot be used as a reason to receive a refund. Exact colour matching to our onscreen or printed colour chart, digital proofs, physical proofs, and/or final print is not guaranteed. We strongly advise that you purchase a sample pack prior to purchase. On screen colours can vary greatly between different monitors and the finished printed product. However please keep in mind that colour variations still may occur between your sample and the final print colour.
We use a high-end, professional digital printer to print all our items, which produces a high-quality printed product and excellent consistency. Your order will never be printed on anything less than this.
Textured stocks (due to their uneven print surfaces) may not be suitable for full ink coverage if you are looking for solid, seamless colour coverage. The resulting print job is still attractive, however may have a screen-print like effect, with some small patches of the print area containing a lighter application of colour. Please note that this is a natural result of working with textured stocks, and cannot be used as a reason to receive a refund.
You may create an member account with Cartamodello Papeterie by using your name, providing contact details, and creating a password. You agree to supply complete, current and accurate information about yourself as requested, and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to not disclose your username or password to any third party. You will immediately notify Cartamodello Papeterie of any unauthorised use of your account.
Revisions and errors
The materials appearing on Cartamodello Papeterie's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Cartamodello Papeterie does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Cartamodello Papeterie may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Cartamodello Papeterie does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice.
